So I’ve been DVR-ing a ton of scrapbook shows, my fave show Big Love, and some random 1 hour exercise show on BYU tv. Well I am happy to say that I finally watched and participated along with one of these work out shows and I did really well. Went 1/2 hour straight before stopping. I had to go potty and then talked myself into “not over doing myself” and going to the kitchen for a snack rather than finishing out the show. But I feel so good! I can’t remember the term, but basically it was an aerobic workout where you start out just like really easy and the whole hour is just made of doing 30-60 seconds of a warm up move, a really hard move then rotate and do a cool down move then work things up again by doing a hard heart-pounding move and then go back to a cool down move. It keeps your heart pumping, but you get to catch your breath for a good amt of time and then go hard again. So it was really good and I feel great! The lead lady was a bit over the top and energetic, but I was actually able to follow her directions as to what “move” we would do next. So many times I go to classes and can do the single moves, but get completely fumbled when it’s time to put the whole routine together.
And as I sit here and type there is a scrapbook extravaganza show on HSN. Oh I need everything I see!
